PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS GROUP:
Logical grouping of project management processes to achieve specific project objectives. Process Groups are independent of project phases.

1- Initiating Process Group:
Define and authorize the new project and start.

2- Planning Process Group:
Scope the project, refine objectives, and define action to achieve project objectives.

3- Executing Process Group:
Complete the defined work inline with specifications.

4- Monitoring & Controlling Process Group:
Monitor the work to the specifications and adopt changes in order to bring back the work inline to the when needed.

5- Closing Process Group:
Closure of all activities and formally end the project.
